We pride ourselves on our athlete-centred approach, meaning you’re the focus as we develop our high-quality, bespoke training plan to your needs, whatever the challenge you’ve set. Every coaching plan starts with a one-to-one Zoom call to get to know each other and discuss your lifestyle, goals, aims for your coaching, and your chosen event, so you are fully aware of the whole process between you and that finish line glory.

Our head coach, Simon, will support you with feedback and advice needed for better performance, overseeing your training and keeping you on track, accountable, and motivated.

We have three coaching packages that are created to meet your bespoke needs; whether you’re a beginner starting out on your endurance journey or an elite athlete looking to step up your performance, our Elite, Standard, or Block coaching packages will deliver you to your race in the best shape possible. Elite Coaching Package
£135.00 / month

The Elite Coaching Package is for athletes who want the whole coaching experience and have big aims: unlimited coach interaction, tailored training, monitoring, and in-depth feedback are among the benefits.

Standard Coaching Package
£100.00 / month

The Standard Coaching Package is far from standard. It is designed for athletes who want a bespoke training plan with less coach interaction and feedback while maintaining accountability.

Who Is Our Coaching For?

All levels of athletes who want to improve performance, whether you’re focusing on cycling, running a marathon, or looking for age group qualification in triathlon. Beginners benefit incredibly from coaching, so don’t wait until you get faster.

Advanced age-group athletes. We have a great success rate in qualifying athletes for the World Ironman Championships and other major events, as well as taking podium finishes across all sports. 

Elite athletes or aspiring elite athletes. We are extremely motivated to work with elite and aspiring elite athletes. Contact us to discuss more about the supported athlete program we offer with Peak Racing Academy.

Motivated athletes. We can guide you and inspire you, but there’s no getting around doing consistent work, and motivation to work comes from yourself. If you are not motivated to put in the work, then we are not the right fit for you.

What is a tailored training plan?

A training plan is built for you, based on your availability, capabilities, current fitness, and goals. Our plan also includes nutrition, core training, stretching, and recovery directions.

How is my training monitored & analysed?

Your coach analyses your training to ensure you’re completing your sessions effectively and provides feedback on what to improve and how your fitness is progressing. Training is adjusted based on your performance or any other aspect impacting your fitness.

What apps can I use?

Our workouts are compatible with over 100 fitness apps and devices. This allows you to follow workouts in real time, whether you’re indoors or outdoors.

How will I get my training?

We use Training Peaks to deliver all our training and feedback.
