Simon | Performance Coach
MSc Sports Performance
As a passionate and dedicated athlete, I have sought peak human performance for years.
Having developed an elite athlete mindset while serving in the Royal Marines Commandos, I have created a coaching style and personal ethos that will engage and strive to produce the best possible results.
I competed in athletics from an early age and turned my hand to cycling later in life, where I achieved my Cat 2 license in year one of racing. Now mainly focused on triathlon, I have qualified for the 70.3 World Championships 2024 on the first attempt while studying for a master’s degree in sports performance.
My research is focused on peak human performance and fatigue resistance, so you’ll be guaranteed to be in the best shape possible for your races.

Natalie | Exercise Rehabilitation Specialist
MSc Sport and Exercise Medicine
Having gained a BSc in Sports therapy and an MSc in Sport and Exercise Medicine, I have been developing my clinical experience over the last 7 years. Five of those years were spent working with the armed forces including two years where I’ve had the privilege of working with elite armed forces, helping them to enhance their resilience, recover from injuries and maintain peak physical performance under demanding conditions.
As a dedicated triathlete myself, I have competed in some of the most prestigious triathlon races globally and am currently training for the 2024 70.3 Ironman World Championships.
My passion lies in helping individuals recover from injuries, enhance their performance, and live healthier, more active lives.
I truly believe that movement is medicine, and my personal athletic journey informs my approach to therapy. I combine evidence-based practices with real-world experience to work with clients to develop personalised treatment plans that focus on rehabilitation, injury reduction, and overall well-being, whether they are high-performance athletes or individuals seeking a healthier, more active lifestyle.
